Terms and Conditions
When you place your order with us, we review it and put it through for processing. If we notice missing information or notice any issues, we will contact you for further information. Otherwise orders will be shipped on the date that you have chosen for shipping.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised when ordering.
Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be debited from your debit / credit card. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro debit or credit card, the relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Bakealicious.
From time to time, due to the current climate, we may be delayed in getting stock delivered thus products that are sourced externally advertised may not be in stock. If this is the case we will contact you and we’ll substitute a similar product to an equivalent monetary value. Your payment will at this time have been processed and there will be no change to the amount you have been charged. If you would rather cancel your order than receive a substitution, please tell us when you place your order.

Quality Concerns
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our product and it should reach you in the best possible condition. If you aren’t happy, please call us immediately on 046 9023784 and we will do our best to put it right. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too.
Likewise if the box of Bakealicious goodies has been damaged during delivery, please call us immediately and if possible email us pictures. Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
Incorrect addresses
Unopened parcels
Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
We don’t ask you to return anything perishable but may ask for non-perishable products to be returned to us and if so we will reimburse you for postage.
All orders placed online are subject to a €6 delivery charge to anywhere on the Island of Ireland.
We use an overnight courier for delivery in Ireland which is DPD courier.
Orders are dispatched on the date that you have selected for shipping. Please know that the date you have selected is for date of dispatch, not delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address you give is one where there is someone to accept day-time deliveries.
You will receive an email letting you know that the delivery has been dispatched from Bakealicious and you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery to ensure you can accept it.
In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
We accept payment online by credit card and Paypal. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. We never see any of the card number ourselves.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
